Dhulikhel - In July, 2005, Mitali choreographed Dhulikhel with her troupe of young dancers. This was based on extensive research on Seraikala Chau dance forms. Performed at the prestigious Lowry Lyric Theatre in Manchester, it was an outstanding piece full of the energy and innovations depicting the ancient traditions associated with Odissi folk dance.

Odissi Evening - in Blackpool

This was a concert in aid of Tsunami relief along with Monalisa Ghosh.

Mitali composed Navadurga based on the Devimahatyam. This was danced to selected verses from Sri Sri Chandi . The main composition saw Mitali depicting Durga as Mahisasurmardini defeating the demons Sumbha Nisumbha and then Mahisasura in the final battle. It concluded with Nava Durga or the nine forms that Devi takes in her battle with evil. This was essentially an Abhinaya piece incorporating Nritta elements. Mitali also performed Jagannath Swami and the pallavi, Arabhi.
